DAY 1: NAIROBI- MASAI MARA

After departing Nairobi in the morning, you will drive to the Great Rift Valley view point, descend the escarpment, and drive via Narok to Masai Mara for lunch, followed by an evening game drive in Masai Mara, which is famous for its yearly migration of wildebeests and has been dubbed the 9th wonder of the world by many people due to this phenomenon. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Intrepids Tent Camp or a similar place nearby.

DAY 2 & 3: MASAI MARA FULL DAY

You will depart the lodge after breakfast with a packed full of lunch for a full-day game drive. The Mara is known for its plethora of diverse wildlife species, and you will almost certainly be able to see the big five as well as practically all other types of wildlife found in Kenya on the wide plain grasslands of the Mara. Dinner and stay at Mara Intrepids Tented Camp or a similar establishment.

DAY 4: MASAI MARA- LAKE NAIVASHA

As you depart for Lake Naivasha, take an enroute wildlife drive to arrive in time for relaxation and lunch. There will be a boat cruise on Lake Naivasha in the afternoon. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake with a beautiful view of Mt. Longonot, hippos, and over 400 kinds of birds on the island, including migrating pelicans, African fish eagles, African darter, and lesser flamingoes. Dinner and stay at Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort or a comparable establishment.

DAY 5: NAIVASHA- NAIROBI – ZANZIBAR

After breakfast leave for Nairobi in time for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon landing in Zanzibar, you will be received by one of our representatives at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort or similar.

DAY 6, 7, 8: ZANZIBAR

The lovely island of Zanzibar on Africa's east coast, known as the Spice Island, boasts a rich culture and history that appears at odds with its perfect landscape of white-sand beaches with palms swaying gently in the sea air. Zanzibar is a fantastic area to explore as well as a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. Dinner and stay at Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort or a similar establishment.

DAY 9: ZANZIBAR- NAIROBI

Leave for Nairobi after breakfast. Drop off will be at the airport for your flight back home. This marks the end of the holiday.
