Sales Executive for Corporate and Leisure

Position Overview
We seek an enthusiastic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive specialising in Corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and Leisure travel segments. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the travel and hospitality industry. This role involves promoting and selling packages and services tailored to corporate events and leisure travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Client Acquisition: Seek new clients in the MICE and Leisure segments, build and maintain strong relationships, and generate sales leads.
- Tailored Solutions: Create and present compelling travel packages and solutions customised to the specific needs and preferences of corporate clients and leisure travellers.
- Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and manage the sales process from inception to closure.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to adapt and enhance our service offerings.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of services and contribute to developing innovative travel packages.
Required Skill & Experience
- Proven experience in sales within the travel and hospitality industry.
- A strong understanding of the MICE and Leisure travel segments.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
